Comfortable room, friendly staff, where the room was immaculately clean with a walk-in shower and offered a wide array of choices at breakfast, just a 5-minute walk from Wittenbergplatz.

Great location, jazzed up our trip!

The hotel was very clean and modern, with a fantastic location right near the U-Bahn station. We had a great time exploring Zoo Berlin, which was just a short ride away. It was also easy to find local restaurants and shops, perfect for our family of five, including three teenagers.

My kids wished there were options for family rooms with actual double duvets instead of singles. It would have made our stay cozier, especially at night.

Room decor was trendy, but housekeeping entered despite a do not disturb sign.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited Zoo Berlin, a must-see, and even caught a performance at the Theatre of the West. Super convenient location with the metro right outside. The lobby had a nice water siphon and the rooms were spacious. Perfect for our group trip.

One downside was the housekeeping. they entered our room despite a do not disturb sign. A bit unnerving and a small apology was made, but still not ideal.

I had a lovely time here and especially appreciated the cozy mini-refrigerator in my room and the relaxing lounge area. There’s also a great TV room and comfy seating to unwind after a busy day. One small thing would be to consider offering unopened water bottles instead of refilling used ones. still, it was a fantastic stay overall! 🌟

The Mercure offers a fantastic experience with its great location next to a metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing quick assistance when needed. My room was modern, clean, and featured a very comfortable shower, contributing to a positive stay overall.

I gotta tell ya, the reception staff was amazing! They were quick, polite, really made you feel at home, especially that Zack, he took care of our room issue in no time and even got us an upgrade to a sweet room with a balcony.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

The vibrant decor, with its urban flair and stylish furniture, made my heart sing. I appreciated the ease of access. even my sturdy walker had no trouble navigating the lobby and restaurant area—so convenient for seniors!

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Berlin, especially the trendy room design and the great location near the U-Bahn. Each day began with a fantastic breakfast, though the glass bathroom door offered little privacy. A nice experience!
